Learn about Monosodium Glutamate, MSG at this website. MSG is an “excitotoxin” which overstimulates neurons to the point of exhaustion and cell death. The handout on MSG that is downloadable from this site is very informative. Research links MSG to numerous degenerative neurological diseases, migraine headaches and other maladies. Be aware that MSG is hidden in a number of foods under a variety of names.
